Science Fiction Alex McLintock writes "

There are some days when I just wonder what to read. And there are other days when something special comes through the door. Yesterday is was Charles Stross's "Singularity Sky". Charlie has been a familiar face at conventions for years and has been publishing short fiction for something like 15 years. "Singularity Sky" is published in hardback by Orbit in July. (HB ISBN 1 84149 333 3, UKP 12.99)

Also published by Orbit next month is "Code Noir" by Marianne de Pierres. This paperback is the continuing story of Parrish Plessis from "Nylon Angel".

Robert Newcomb has the second and third books of his first fantasy trilogy out next month from Bantam. The Gates of Dawn is in paperback, and Scrolls of the Ancients is hardback.

"The Novice" by Trudi Canavan is Book Two in "The Black Magician Trilogy".

It seems to be India month at DiverseBooks. After just reading River of Gods - a science fiction novel set in India - we have received "Climbing Chamundi Hill" bu Ariel Glucklich. Before you see too strong a pattern here - this isn't Science Fiction :-) A Bantam Paperback Original published on the 5th July 2004, price 7.99 UKP.

David and Leigh Eddings have "The Treasured One" out in hardback. This was published a few days ago and so should be shops now."
