PRISONER VIDEO NOW AVAILABLE:

We are pleased to confirm that the long awaited video containing highlights from our 35th Anniversary Prisoner event is now finally available!

`THE PRISONER: 35 YEARS OF A TELEVISION PHENOMENON'

On 17th May 2002, The McGuffin Film & Television Society organised a special event at the EMD Cinema in London to celebrate the 35th anniversary of Patrick McGoohan's classic TV series 'The Prisoner'. Special guests included leading British character actor Kenneth Griffith, stuntman Frank Maher and film librarian and director Tony Sloman who all reminisced in depth about their time working on the show. The author Robert Fairclough was also in attendance to discuss his book 'The Prisoner - The Official Companion To The Classic TV Series'.

A video is now available containing edited highlights of the evening along with bonus footage of additional interviews with the guests which took place backstage at the event. The video also offers a rare chance to see the original documentary 'Portmeirion - The Place and Its Meaning' which was screened on the night. Running time: 63 minutes approx. 10 Pounds incl. P&P. Please make cheques/postal orders payable to `McGuffin' and send to:

McGuffin Film Society
458 Hoe Street
London
E17 9AH.
